Sleep Well Hypnosis PRO app good for
I love the sleep version! I almost always fall asleep after a few minutes! The booster helps me stay focused on meditating. Love this app!
I use this app almost every night to go to sleep-it especially helps when Im at a hotel or elsewhere that isnt my own home. It puts me to sleep so so quickly that Ive never once heard the whole hypnosis section! I love the different musical sounds available and that you can add on extra rounds and extra minutes so it loops in case I wake up (which happens very rarely!) Ive noticed a marked difference in my sleep. My only "complaint" is that there isnt more options for relaxing music other than the 4 available. The nature sounds-which id normally love- I actually use from another app if thats the mood Im in bc these arent realistic enough and theyre very repetitive. Its also harder to hear the hypnosis with them. I would highly recommend you try this if youre a light sleeper or have trouble getting to sleep!

I tried 3+ sleep meditations and this was the only one I responded well to. I recommended the meditation to my sister who has referred on to many of her clients who has sleep issues. I recommend to all who ask!
One of the very few ways I can relax enough to get any sleep at all. Even a couple of hours is a precious gift to me. I find the choice of background sounds adequate and love that the voices are soothing and not abrasive and hard to listen to as with other apps I have tried. I also like being able to adjust the level of both background and voice separately. Definitely enjoying having some success with this app.
Used this with my 9 year old to help her fall asleep at night. She loved it!
Some bad moments
I have been dealing with anxiety for quite some time, recently I have noticed it has disrupted my sleep. I would start waking up several times a night, dream the most bizarre dreams 3-4 times a night, wake up sweaty, and like I didnt get but an hour of sleep. After downloading this app, I know I can get good sleep. When I listen to it before bed , I sleep all throughout the night , not waking up at all, I dont dream at all, and I wake up soooo refreshed! I will swear by this , it works ! I actually fear falling asleep without listening to it for the fact I know I will dream and not get good sleep! Thank you sleep well !!
If you change the settings on this update... Crashes the app and even installing it back doesnt make it work.. Goes in to wierd state... Bad update, great app otherwise
I always thought I was a good sleeper until I got a Fitbit which told me I was wasting valuable sleep hours on restlessness and periods of waking. The measurable difference improved substantially when I began using this program.
I love it. The tension release exercise and the countdown at the end are the best part. I use the beach background and let it keep going for 20 minutes. I use soft "sleep headphones" so I don have to even take them off. Am I hypnotized, I dont know - but I fall asleep and sleep better and I think releasing that tension is what matters. Those who are looking for some magic hypnosis youd receive from a therapist and are mad they cant get a refund need to get over it - its an app, not a miracle - like it or lump it. I like it.
The update today now does not allow the app to load at all. Frustrating
It works amazingly when the app is working but I HATE when it force quits after I try to change the settings right before I am trying to use it to sleep. It would have 5 stars from me if it stopped doing this.
